Scope of Work/ Responsibilities - Organizing and maintaining office systems. - Coordinating with departments for smooth operations. - Manage loan applications - Preparation of agreement after the application is passed - Prepare documents/ Submit JPJ related matters - Prepare invoices/receipts for motorcycle purchase/service/installment/insurance etc
- Proficiency in MS Office, email platforms, and scheduling tools. - Strong verbal and written abilities. - Multitasking, prioritization, and time management. - Ability to handle unexpected situations effectively. - Trustworthy with sensitive information. - Experience in the same field AT LEAST 3 YEARS. - Fluent in Bahasa Malaysia/ English/ Mandarin - Citizens/ Females only Salary to be discuss based on your experience/ ability & etc.
