-Assist Accounts & Admin Executive on performing the monthly, quarterly and yearly closing. -Handle the Company daily accounting transactions and make payments. -Monitoring the Clients' Accounts, follow up with the Clients for any non-payment or delay payments. -Perform Analysis on Income Statements & Statement of Financial Position. -Perform detail expenses variance analysis of actual results versus forecast, and provide recommendation for cost control. -Yearly budget and quarterly forecast planning and analysis. -Explain or provide justifications if there are any uncertainties in any are. -Manage operational control process and ensure that control are in compliance. -Support External auditor and any other stakeholders for ensure statutory compliance needs.
-Bachelor's Degree, professional qualification in Accounting or Finance or equivalents. -Minimum 2 - 4 years working experience in similar capacity preferably in HR / Payroll. -Good communication, self-motivated, enjoy challenges and believes in teamwork. -Strong knowledge in accounting and international financial reporting standards. -Strong analytical, comprehension and problem solving skills. -Knowledge of Accounting Software is an added advantage. Hands-on technical skills on Autocount, SQL or UBS Accounting Software will be an advantage.
