Assist in coordinating and tracking shipments, ensuring timely pickup and delivery. Monitor the status of shipments and provide updates to customers and internal teams. Prepare and process shipping documents, such as delivery manifests, commercial invoices, and delivery orders. Maintain accurate records of shipments and data entry into the company’s logistics management system. Escalate complex issues to the Operations Manager. Prepare basic reports on shipments, inventory, or operational performance. Ensure all paperwork and digital records are kept up-to-date and organized for easy access and auditing.
