Responsibility • Compile documents and perform daily account data entries • Verify payment received from customers daily. • Prepare and key in general journal as adjustment. • Issue debit note and credit note. • Assist in monitoring expenses and preparing payments • Assist accounts manager with monthly closing of accounts • Safe keep and maintain all documents in good condition with proper and systematic filing • Prepare monthly reports and documents requested • Any other ad-hoc related tasks within the company as assigned by the management 编译文件并执行日常帐户数据输入 核实每天从客户那里收到的付款 准备并键入一般日记帐作为调整 发出借方票据和贷方票据 协助监控费用和准备付款 协助客户经理每月结账 通过适当和系统的归档安全地保存和维护所有文件 准备月度报告和要求的文件 管理层分配的公司内的任何其他临时相关任务
