We are looking for a skilled IT Technician (Software & Hardware) to install, maintain, and troubleshoot computer systems and networks. The ideal candidate should have a strong technical background in both software and hardware, with the ability to provide IT support and ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

                    

Requirements

Key Responsibilities:

Install, configure, and maintain computer hardware, software, and networks.
Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to desktops, laptops, printers, and other IT equipment.
Provide end-user support for software applications, operating systems, and network connectivity.
Perform system updates, software patches, and security upgrades.
Set up and manage user accounts, permissions, and IT security measures.
Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues proactively.
Assist in IT asset management, including hardware inventory and software licensing.
Support IT infrastructure, including LAN/WAN, servers, and cloud-based applications.
Ensure data backup, recovery, and cybersecurity measures are in place.
Document technical procedures, solutions, and IT policies.
Requirements:

Diploma/Degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
Proven experience as an IT Technician or in a similar role.
Strong knowledge of Windows, macOS, and Linux operating systems.
Experience with hardware troubleshooting, network configuration, and system maintenance.
Familiarity with cybersecurity best practices.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
