Job description
Handle general administrative duties including preparing Sales Order, Quotation, Delivery Chit, Invoice etc.
Manage emails, phone calls, and correspondence with clients and suppliers.
Coordinate schedules, meetings, and appointments
Assist in procurement paperwork and follow-up with suppliers
Maintain proper records of company documents and project files
Work harmoniously with Sales/Marketing department
Support management and other departments as required
Requirements
Minimum Diploma in Business Administration or related field
At least 1–2 years of relevant working experience (fresh graduates are encouraged to apply)
Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and basic office software
Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin is an added advantage
Well-organized, responsible, and able to multitask
Positive working attitude and willingness to learn
Most importantly, you are trainable.
