Job description
Prepare and present proposals, quotations, and product demonstrations to potential clients.
Negotiate terms with clients to close sales.
Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
Ensure collection on time.
Provide after-sales support, address client concerns, and ensure satisfaction.
Update weekly sales report to the management.
Increase awareness of the company’s brand within the construction sector by organizing or attending trade shows, exhibitions, and conferences.
Manage the company’s digital presence, including website updates, email campaigns, and social media channels.
Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor offerings, and new sales opportunities in the construction industry.
Work with technical departments to understand and promote the features and benefits of building material products of services.
Requirements
Minimum diploma or equivalent.
Strong written and verbal communication to effectively engage with clients and stakeholders.
Ability to manage multiple projects, sales pipelines and deadlines.
Ability to collaborate with internal teams, including project managers, architects and contractors.
Typically requires 2-5 years of sales or marketing experience, preferably in construction industry.
