Job description
Homework Assistance: Guide students through their homework, ensuring they understand classroom material and complete assignments effectively.
Individualized Support: Create tailored learning plans to address the unique needs of each student.
Classroom Management: Maintain a positive, focused, and orderly classroom environment.
Parent Communication: Regularly update parents on their child’s progress and provide recommendations for improvement.
Professional Development: Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and contribute to enhancing overall teaching quality.
Requirements
5 working days per week, 8 hours per day
Proficient in three languages (Mandarin, Malaysia, English)
Have at least SPM or above (with or without experience, on-the-job training is provided)
Excellent communication skills.
