Job description

-To perform products setup (customers’ sites, showroom and workshop)
-To fulfil customer’s requirement during product setup
-To provide after-sales service for product, including troubleshooting for product issue 
-To liaise with sales team to determine technical requirements and develop solutions
-To customize specialized applications according to customer needs
-To keep showroom’s products in good condition
-To drive sales growth by supporting the sales team and communicate effectively with customers
-Any ad hoc task assigned by superior from time to time
                    

Requirements

-Possess at least a Diploma, Bachelor's Degree in Engineering.
-At least 2 years of working experience in the related field.
-Fresh graduates are welcomed to apply.
-Possess own vehicle and willing to travel.
-Proficiency speaking in Mandarin as need to liaise with our mandarin speaking customers.
