Job description

Responsibilities:

- Provide excellent customer service by handling customer inquiries and distributing them to the respective Customer Service or Sales Engineers.
- Generate quotations based on customer requirements.
- Assist customers with self-collection of products from the store.
- Manage call answering and routing.
- Support Customer Service team with daily routine tasks.
- Perform accurate data entry tasks.
- Undertake additional tasks as assigned by the Head of Department (HOD).

Requirements:

- Certificate / Diploma / Degree in any fields are welcome to apply.
- Fluency in both English and Mandarin is preferred, as this role involves communication with Mandarin-speaking clients.
- Knowledge of the SAP system will be an advantage. However, training will be provided if you do not have prior experience.
- Be punctuality
- Mature, motivated, takes initiative and willingness to learn
- Able to do works upon requested by respective supervisor.
- Must be honest, team player, hardworking with a positive attitude and willing to share responsibilities.
