Job description
1. Organize, store, and manage project documents, including drawings, specifications, and reports.
2. Ensure all documentation is updated and distributed in a timely manner.
3. Maintain a document control system to track revisions and changes.
4. Collaborate with engineering and project teams to ensure document accuracy and compliance.
5. Assist in the preparation of project reports and presentations.
6. implement document control procedures and best practices.
Requirements
1. Familiarity with document management systems and software.
2. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
3. Proficient in MS Office and other relevant software.
4. Relevant certifications in document management are a plus.
