Job description
• Install, configure, and manage both Windows and macOS operating systems.
• Set up and maintain printers, scanners, and other peripheral devices.
• Perform basic network administration and ensure proper connectivity.
• Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, firmware and network issues efficiently.
• Manage and update the company website, ensuring smooth operation.
• Provide customer support and technical assistance to end users.
• Configure and support various customer-specific software applications.
• Collaborate with IT vendors and external technical support teams to resolve complex issues.
Requirements
• Fresh graduate or entry level applicant and Junior level may apply (Training will be provided)
• Smart working and responsibility.
• Basic understanding of Windows and macOS setup.
• Familiar with printer, scanner, and peripheral setup.
• Knowledge of basic networking and troubleshooting.
• Problem-solving skills for IT hardware, software, networking issues.
• Willing to learn website management.
• Good communication and customer support skills.
• Eager to learn new software.
• Able to work well with IT vendors and support teams.
