Job description
-Sourcing of new suppliers, negotiation & prepare PO.
-Forwarding & transportation arrangement & coordination.
-Compilation of supplier delivery documents.
-Great skill in Microsoft Office, Excel and Power Points, SQL.
-Conducting and managing company affairs such as training, renewal of business licenses, certificates etc.
-Implementation and compliance of ISO SOPs.
-Assist in Admin works.
Requirements
-Candidate must possess Certificate/Diploma/ Advanced/ Higher/ Graduate Diploma in Business Admin/Secretarial or equivalent qualification.
-Proficient language(s): Chinese, English, Malay.
-At least 3 Year(s) of working experience in Industrial Sourcing & Purchasing field is required for this position.
-Required Skill(s): Microsoft Office, Excel, Powerpoint, SQL,
-Self-motivated, meticulous, well-organized, Able to work independently and multi-tasking.
