Job description

Responsibilities of the Role:

* Provide product technical support to customer
* Studying, troubleshooting and resolve products technical problems
* Assess customer needs, explain and demonstrate the product performance to customers
* Effectively answer, prioritize and escalate customer issues
* Work closely with Sales team on customer feedback
* Provide onsite support and training
                    

Requirements

Requirements:

* Possess at least certificate in engineering (electrical/electronic/mechanical/mechatronic/electromechanical/software or a similar field.)
* Required Language(s): Mandarin, English, Malay
*At least 1-2 years above of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
*Fresh graduates applicants are encouraged to apply.
*Familiar and experience on automation products is an added advantage.
*Have knowledge of PLC/PC programming is an added advantage 

* Aggressive, hardworking, self- motivated, good temper controlling & good personal attitude and discipline.
* Possess own transportation and willing to travel
