- Responsible for full spectrum of Admin support functions, including taking and screening phone calls, enquiries and request; taking and transferring messages to appropriate individuals - Provide administration support including data entry, filling, cross checking, scanning, responding to emails and preparing documents. - Prepare reports, proper documentation arrangement and general filing. - Undertake any ad-hoc tasks as assigned by management.
- Good communication skills and has the ability to communicate fluently on the phone - Good planning and organisational skills with attention to details - Ability to priorities tasks with effective time management - Able to handle timelines without affecting quality of work - Customer-oriented - Required language(s): English, Bahasa Malaysia,
