Job description

1.	Responsible for preparing parts and assemblies for painting
2.	Mix paint and other materials according to specification or formula
3.	Ensure facility and spray painting equipment are in good working condition.
4.	Responsible for the identification and separation of non-conforming parts or materials and report them to supervisors
5.	Utilize spray gun and apply paint in conformance with all specifications
6.	Employ oven paint drying techniques for special purpose finishes
7.	Monitor machine gauges and equipment operation to discover defects/deviations from standards, and make necessary adjustments
8.	Utilize solvents, wire brushes, and cloths for cleaning sprayers and power equipment
9.	Follow company requirements to select paint, and match colors of paint following specified color charts
10.	Responsible for material and minor maintenance.
11.	Adhere to company protocol as laid out in the Company Policy and Procedures.
12.	To be responsible at assigned each risk area for the management of particular risk.
13.	Maintain and responsible for 5’s practices in workplace.
14.	Others duties assigned by Superior and Management from time to time.
