-FOCUS ON THE CUSTOMER REQUIREMENT ,FEEDBACK AND QUERY; REPLY 
 CUSTOMER EMAIL TIMELY.
-TIMELY DELIVERY OF ALL CUSTOMER SERVICE COMMITMENT.
-PRO-ACTIVE NOTIFICATION AND EFFECTIVE EXCEPTION MANAGEMENT
-FOLLOW UP ON THE OUTSTANDING ORDERS & QUERY RESOLUTION.
-TEAM PLAYER – WORKS TOGETHER WITH OTHERS (PRODUCTION, MECHANICAL 
 ENGINEER, PURCHASING & BUSINESS UNIT) TO ACHIEVE RESULTS, 
 FOSTERS TEAMWORK.
-ACKNOWLEDGE CUSTOMER PURCHASE ORDER PROMPLY.
-CREATE SALE ORDER INTO SYSTEM.
-ISSUE QUOTATION, DELIVERY ORDER & INVOICE & DELIVERY NOTE
-RELEASED JOB SHEET TO PRODUCTION.
-EMAIL QUOTATION TO CUSTOMER ACCOUNT DEPARTMENT
-FOLLOW UP QUOTATIONS AND MONTHLY REPORTS.
-DEVELOP AND MAINTAIN A FILLING SYSTEM
-NEED TO UPDATE QUALITY OBJECTIVE
-AN ABILITY TO WORK INDEPENDENTLY.
-A KEEN EYE FOR DETAIL.
                    

Requirements

-ISO 9001: 2015
-COMMUNICATION SKILLS.
-ADVANCE MICROSOFT EXCEL.
-AUTO COUNT APPLICATION
-CUSTOMER SERVICE ORIENTATION
-A BACHELOR’S DEGREE IN ADMINISTRATION OR RELATED FIELD. 
-COMPUTER SKILLS.
-MIN 3 YEARS EXPERIENCE IN MANUFACTURING LINE
