Job description

1.	Manage administrative works, data bases and appropriate filing system.
2.	Assist on improve the operational systems, processes and policies in support of organizations mission - specifically, support better management reporting, 
3.	Assist on contributes to short and long-term organizational planning and strategy as a member of the management team.
4.	Responsible on information flow and management, business process and organizational planning.
5.	Ensure efficient and effective administrative information and assistance to superior.
6.	Dealing with correspondence and phone calls from staff and customer.
7.	Record and meeting minute’s taker.
8.	Conduct office management tasks.
9.	Assist in operational matters.
10.	Communicate information to the departments filtered for management.
11.	Cost reduction and process improvement is an ongoing requirement.
12.	Manage, book and arrange travel, transport, accommodation and itineraries for work trips.
13.	Reminding Executive Director of important tasks, deadlines and events.
14.	Typing, compiling and preparing reports, presentations and correspondence.
15.	Work with other departments to achieve company goals. 
16.	Diligently report to Executive Director from time to time
17.	Adhere to company protocol as laid out in the Company Policy and Procedures.
18.	To be responsible at assigned each risk area for the management of particular risk.
19.	Maintain and responsible 5’s in work area.
20.	Others duties assigned by the Superior and Management from time to time.
