Job description

Involves in property development activities from land acquisition, planning & design and implementation
Involves in planning and monitoring of project progress
Attending meetings and ad-hoc appointments related to the project
Coordinates work with consultants and contractors
Liaising with various parties to meet the project timeline
Liaising and following up with local authorities for submission and approvals
Submission of reports to local authorities
Timely, responsive and effective communication with superiors and consultants
Undertake all other ad-hoc matters assigned by superior

                    

Requirements

Certificate/Diploma/Degree in any relevant discipline
Minimum 2 years’ working experience preferably in developers/consultants/contractor firms or relevant industries
Candidates should exudes confidence and professionalism
Possess own transport
Pro- active, positive work attitude and able to work independently
Good communication skills
Computer literate
Self discipline, committed and responsible
Willing to learn and undertake all aspect of works relating to property development.
