Job description

Basic document handling.
Assisting sales personnel in processing invoices and sales orders.
Handle incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
Assist walk-in customers with their inquiries and needs.
Arrange deliveries and returns item.
Assisting with any temporary tasks assigned by superiors or management.
Prepare reports for your manager as needed.
Complete any other ad hoc tasks assigned.
                    

Requirements

Detail-oriented and responsible
Communication skills
Microsoft office skills
Know basic of accounting
Preferred Mandarin speaker
