Job description

- Manage all renovation activities on-site.
- Ensure all tasks align with design specifications and project timelines.
- Facilitate coordination between team members and external contractors to guarantee smooth project execution.
- Perform routine site inspections to assess progress and maintain quality standards.
- Address and resolve any issues that arise on-site efficiently and effectively.
- Adhere to safety regulations and company policies to ensure a safe working environment.
- Compile and submit detailed site reports and necessary documentation.
- Optimize the use of site resources to achieve the best project outcomes.
                    

Requirements

- Must have at least an SPM or equivalent qualification. Applicants with a background in Project Management are highly encouraged to apply.
- Demonstrated leadership and strong communication skills.
- Proficient in reading and interpreting blueprints and technical drawings.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and keen attention to detail.
- Capable of working under pressure and meeting tight deadlines.
