Attending to support and administrative works
Handling filings, calls, letters and emails
Handling payments and banking related matter
Assisting Finance Department's administrative works
Proficient in MS Office applications
Attending to ad-hoc tasks assigned by superior
Proficient in Bahasa Malaysia and English
MS Excel, MS Office, MS Word. knowledge
Able to work independently and as part of a team
Good attitude, committed and willing to learn new task
Able to start work immediately is advantageous
