Requirements

Education: 
Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or related field.

Experience: 
3-5 years in product management or a similar role.

Skills:
Sourcing and Procurement: Experience in sourcing raw materials and negotiating with suppliers.
Team Management: Strong leadership skills to manage carpenters and production teams.
Quality Control: Knowledge of quality assurance processes and standards.
Project Management: Ability to oversee production timelines and ensure timely delivery.
Logistics: Understanding of packaging, shipping, and delivery logistics.
Customer Service: Experience with warranty maintenance and customer support.
Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with ERP systems and project management tools.
