Responsibilities: Engage with potential customers proactively. Use persuasive communication skills to attract and interest consumers in the product. Highlight unique selling points to differentiate the product from competitors. Prepare and serve food samples to consumers following hygiene and safety standards. Ensure samples are presented attractively to entice consumers. Replenish samples as needed throughout the promotional event. Setting Up and Dismantling Promotional Booth and Sampling Tools. Keep an accurate inventory of product samples and promotional materials at the start and end of each event. Collect and document consumer feedback on the product. Report to sales manager, preferences, and any issues encountered during sampling to the marketing team.
Requirements: Possess at least SPM, Certificate, or Diploma in any discipline with a strong interest in SALES. Sales and Sales Promotion skills Excellent communication skills in English and Bahasa Melayu. Ability to converse in Chinese is an added advantage, enhancing communication with a broader range of consumers. Ability to work independently and as part of a team Previous experience in sales or customer service is an advantage Must have own transportation to travel to various promotional event locations. Work closely with other promoters or team members to ensure a smooth and efficient promotion event. Support team members as needed to achieve common goals.
