Job description
-Coordinate machinery repair projects for efficient execution.
-Develop project plans, timelines, and budget estimates.
-Procure materials, tools, and equipment.
-Conduct site assessments and manage setup.
-Supervise onsite technicians and subcontractors.
Monitor repair progress and adjust schedules.
-Implement quality control and ensure compliance.
-Act as primary contact for stakeholders.

Requirements
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Project Management, or a related field preferred. Relevant work experience may substitute for formal education.
Experience:
Minimum of 3 years of experience in project coordination or management within the machinery repair or maintenance industry.
Demonstrated ability to oversee multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
Technical Skills:
Strong technical knowledge of machinery and equipment repair processes.
Familiarity with industry standards, safety protocols, and regulatory requirements.
Project Management:
Proficiency in project planning, scheduling, and resource management.
Experience in procurement processes, including sourcing and managing vendors.
Communication Skills:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to effectively communicate with diverse stakeholders, including clients, subcontractors, and internal teams.
Problem-Solving Abilities:
Proven track record of identifying issues, analyzing root causes, and implementing effective solutions.
Ability to make informed decisions under pressure to maintain project momentum.
