Job description

We are seeking a System Analyst (SAP) to support and enhance finance-related processes within the SAP S/4HANA environment. The role requires a candidate with finance knowledge and hands-on operational experience with SAP modules, who can work closely with business users to ensure efficient system functionality and continuous improvement of finance processes.
The successful candidate will act as a key liaison between the Finance team and system stakeholders, assisting in troubleshooting system issues, documenting business processes, and supporting finance operations within SAP.
Provide operational support for SAP S/4HANA finance-related processes
Assist business users in resolving SAP system issues and inquiries
Investigate and perform root cause analysis for system-related issues
Work closely with finance users to understand business requirements and system improvements
Prepare and maintain system documentation, user manuals, and business process flows
Participate in system testing (UAT), enhancements, and implementation activities
Ensure the accuracy and integrity of financial data within the SAP system
Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth system operations and issue resolution


                    

Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, Information Systems, Computer Science or related field
Min 3 - 5 years experience in related field. 
Working knowledge and operational experience in SAP modules, such as FI, CO, MM, SD, or PP
Familiarity with SAP S/4HANA accounting system
Understanding of finance processes and accounting operations
Strong analytical skills with the ability to investigate and resolve system issues
Proficiency in documentation, including preparation of user manuals and business process flows
Strong communication and coordination skills when working with business users
Strong attention to detail
Good organizational and time-management skills
