Job description
Proactively reach out to leads and prospective clients through various channels, including phone calls, emails, and in-person meetings to showcase our logistics services and understand their specific requirements.
Foster and nurture long-term relationships with clients, acting as their main point of contact and ensuring their ongoing satisfaction.
Stay informed about industry trends, market dynamics, and competitive landscape to provide informed recommendations to clients.
Work closely with cross-functional teams including operations, customer service, and management to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.
Present competitive proposals, negotiate terms, and close deals to achieve and exceed sales targets.
Requirements
SPM or above
Mandarin speaker is preferable, as mostly deal with clients from China
Good interpersonal and communication skills
Be able to deal issues independently
Positive working attitude and responsibility
Ability on multi-tasking and work independently
At least 1year relevant working experience
