Filing of documentation, records, notes and all correspondence.
Managing inventories and maintaining updated records of purchased products, delivery information, and invoices.

Requirements
Mandarin speaker is preferable, as mostly deal with clients from China
Good interpersonal and communication skills
Be able to deal issues independently
Positive working attitude and responsibility
Ability on multi-tasking and work independently
