Job description
As a Sales Executive at HISTRONG, you will be responsible for:
- Generating leads and identifying potential clients through various channels, including networking, cold calling, and referrals.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and providing tailored interior design solutions.
- Conducting product presentations and demonstrations to showcase our range of innovative and sustainable design solutions.
- Collaborating closely with the design and project management teams to ensure a smooth transition from sales to project execution.
- Negotiating and closing sales deals to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Keeping up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions.
- Providing excellent customer service and support throughout the sales process and after-sales.
Requirements
To be considered for the role of Sales Executive at HISTRONG, you should possess the following qualifications:
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in the interior design, construction, or related industry.
- Strong sales and negotiation skills, with a track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and stakeholders.
- Self-motivated and target-driven, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Knowledge of interior design concepts and materials is a plus.
- Familiarity with green building practices and sustainable design solutions is an advantage.
