1. Prepare project cost estimation and budget. 2. Prepare contracts, tender documents, progress claim and other documentation. 3. Negotiates with contractors/suppliers on material cost. 4. Liaising with consultant, project manager and subcontractors to develop accurate cost estimates and ensure smooth project execution. 5. Evaluate bids or proposals from contractors and suppliers. 6. Assist in contract preparations, project estimates, and controlling costs. 7. Assist with monitoring and managing administration of contracts. 8. Attend site meetings, on-site BQ verifications and quality checks.
1. Diploma or Degree in Quantity Surveying or equivalent. 2. Minimum 3 years’ working experience in Interior Design, Construction or related field. 3. Familiarity with tendering processes and contract administration 4. Proficient in Microsoft Office and Project Management. 5. Good interpersonal and communication skills. 6. Able to communicate fluently in English, Mandarin and Malay. 7. Able to work independently and under pressure to meet deadlines. 8. Detail-oriented with accurate measurement and calculation skills. 9. Experience in Interior Design industry will be an advantage
