Job Description / Responsibilities: - Serve as a primary point of handling quotation and tenders to customers via email or phone, and promptly addressing inquiries. - Contribute to maintaining high-quality customer service and assist the sales & operations team in achieving company sales targets. - Maintain and update customer database and sales records, ensuring data accuracy and completeness with proper filing.
Skills Required: - Proficient in Microsoft office - Able to work independently with minimum supervision - Meticulous, possess good interpersonal skills with pleasant disposition, and adapts well to a fast paced environment Language: Malay and English
