Job description
• Manage the full spectrum of accounting functions, including but not limited to preparation and review of monthly/yearly closing, financial reports and analysis.
• Analyse monthly financial statements (balance sheet, income statement and statement of cash flows) and effectively convey analysis to staff as requested.
• Managing the budgeting, forecasting and long-term planning process.
• Supporting decision making by providing stakeholders with timely, detailed and meaningful insights visibility on business performance.
• Monitor, interpret and present financial results of operations each month including product cost and variances.
• Review all vendor payment before submit to Management for approval.
• Coordinate and liaise with auditor, tax agent, bankers and other government bodies to ensure compliance to statutory requirements.
• Perform other ad-hoc functions as and when required by the Management.
