Job description

As a Content Creator & Marketing Executive at Keith Ho Design, you will play a key role in shaping our brand identity and enhancing our online presence through compelling content and strategic marketing initiatives. Your primary responsibilities will include:

Content Creation:
   - Develop engaging and high-quality content for our website, blog, social media channels, and marketing materials, showcasing our projects, expertise, and industry insights.
   - Collaborate with the design team to capture captivating visuals, including photos, videos, and 3D renderings, to accompany written content and elevate our brand storytelling.

Social Media Management:
   - Manage our social media accounts (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.), including content planning, posting schedules, community engagement, and performance analysis.
   - Create dynamic and visually appealing posts, stories, and campaigns to increase brand awareness, engagement, and follower growth.

Digital Marketing:
   - Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns across various channels, including email marketing, paid advertising, and influencer partnerships, to drive traffic, leads, and conversions.
   - Monitor campaign performance metrics and analytics, identify trends, and implement optimization strategies to maximize ROI and effectiveness.

Website Management:
   - Update and maintain our company website with fresh content, project portfolios, testimonials, and other relevant information to ensure it accurately reflects our brand identity and capabilities.
   - Implement SEO best practices to improve website visibility and organic search rankings, driving qualified traffic and inquiries.

Brand Strategy:
   - Contribute to the development of our brand strategy and positioning, ensuring consistency and alignment across all communication channels and touchpoints.
   - Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and consumer insights to identify opportunities for brand differentiation and innovation.

                    

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or related field.
- Minimum of 1 years of experience in content creation, social media management, and digital marketing, preferably in the interior design or architecture industry.
- Proficiency in content creation tools and platforms, including Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, and video editing software.
- Strong writing and storytelling skills, with an eye for detail and creativity.
- Knowledge of social media best practices, algorithms, and analytics tools.
- Familiarity with SEO principles and techniques.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and project management skills.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
