Job description
•Plan shipments based on product availability and customer requests and provide updated status of their orders.
•Prepare shipping documents (like invoices, purchase orders and bills of lading).
•Coordinate our supply chain procedures to maximize quality of delivery.
•Organize and maintain physical and electronic files, records and databases, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
•Handle general administrative tasks such as answering phone calls, responding to emails, and managing correspondence.
Requirements
•Work experience as a Logistics Administrator, Warehouse Administrator or similar role (Minimum 1 year, 3-5 years of experience is preferred).
•Candidates with Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree is preferred.
•Fresh graduates are most welcomed to apply.
•Strong written and verbal communication skills, capable of interacting with individuals at all levels of the organization.
•A positive attitude and exceptional interpersonal skills, coupled with a customer service-oriented approach.
