Responsibilities: - Assist in the preparation of business reports and marketing materials. - Administer diverse learning and development offerings, including public/ inhouse programs and webinars. This includes working closely with trainers, managing logistics, and ensuring a smooth experience for all participants. - Administer the HRD Corp process from preparing quotations to submitting claims and liaising with clients. - Carry out administrative duties such as filing, copying, printing, binding, scanning, etc. - Managing office supplies and inventory. - Supporting management and staff with any necessary administrative tasks.
Minimum qualifications: - Diploma in business administration or equivalent. - Related working experience of 1 – 2 years. - Strong organizational and coordination skills. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal including attention to detail, organizational skills and problem-solving. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. - Experience with the HRDC process is an advantage.
