Job description
- Assist in managing daily office tasks, including document management, filing, email handling, and answering phone calls.
- Assist in handling administrative tasks such as employee attendance, travel arrangements, and meeting scheduling.
- Assist in formulating and implementing company policies and procedures to ensure compliance by employees.
- Coordinate and arrange both internal and external meetings, including booking meeting rooms and organizing meeting schedules.
- Assist in creating and updating company documents and forms to ensure compliance with legal requirements and company standards.
- Maintain the normal operation of office equipment and facilities, promptly addressing equipment failures and maintenance needs.
- Assist in managing company financial affairs, including invoicing, tracking bills, and processing payments.
- Assist in addressing customer complaints and issues to maintain good customer relationships and communication.
- Organize and manage the company's internal parts inventory to ensure proper storage and use of parts according to company requirements and standards.
Requirements
- Relevant experience in administrative or office management, familiarity with office management processes and procedures.
- Excellent communication skills and teamwork spirit, able to collaborate smoothly with different departments and employees.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, capable of handling multiple tasks and projects while maintaining high efficiency.
- Proficiency in computer operations, skilled in using office software such as Microsoft Office.
- Good problem-solving skills and adaptability, able to address various challenges and emergencies.
- Sense of responsibility and self-motivation, capable of independently completing work tasks and taking responsibility.
- Flexibility and adaptability, able to adapt to changing work environments and requirements.
- High level of confidentiality and integrity, able to protect company confidential information and customer data.
- Prior experience in the food machinery industry or related industries is preferred.
- Bachelor's degree or higher education, with relevant majors such as business administration, preferred.
