Job description
- Franchise Development Support: Assist in identifying potential franchisees, organizing franchise onboarding materials, and supporting franchise expos/events.
- Marketing Strategy Execution: Plan and execute digital and offline marketing campaigns tailored to Kinderlab and My-Robot Academy branding.
- Social Media & Content: Manage and grow our social media presence (FB, IG, TikTok) with creative content, school outreach, and parent engagement strategies.
- Campaigns & Promotions: Design and launch enrollment drives, seasonal campaigns, and franchise marketing promotions.
- Market Research: Research trends in edutech, competitor franchise offerings, and local demographics to refine marketing and expansion approaches.
- Collaboration & Reporting: Work closely with the sales, academic, and operations team to align marketing efforts with center performance and franchise goals. Prepare monthly performance reports.
Requirements
- Diploma/Degree in Marketing, Business, Mass Comm, or related fields.
- 1–3 years of marketing experience (fresh grads with strong portfolios are welcome).
- Passionate about education, children’s learning, and innovation.
- Proficient in Canva, Meta Ads, Google Ads, and basic video editing tools is a bonus.
- Good command of English and Mandarin (to liaise with Chinese-speaking partners/franchisees).
- Able to travel occasionally for education fairs, franchise presentations, and center launches.
