- Maintain the documentation and filing systems to ensure it is kept up-to-date - Answering phone calls - Assist Company in preparing documents for financial audit - Assisting Directors & Designers in printing and filing all documentations - Prepare quotations to Client - Prepare invoices to Client - Prepare Purchase Orders to Supplier/Sub-Contractors - Monitor company expenses by updated all purchases in excel format - Handling and purchase stationaries and office pantry supplies - Maintains strict confidentiality of information received in the process of work - Any necessary administrative works which require your immediate intervention - Ensure to clear office dustbin - Monitor cleaner cleans office thoroughly and ensure all Company valuable things are being taken care of during the cleaning process
- A high school diploma or bachelor’s in office administration or any related field. - 1 year of experience as an office admin, office assistant, or any relevant role. - Outstanding organization, multitasking, and communication skills. - Hands-on experience with basic accounting principles and management processes is a bonus. - Proficiency using MS Office - Customer-service oriented.
- Working Hours 9am - 5:30pm (Monday - Friday) - SOSCO & EPF Contribution - HP Allowance - Mileage Allowance - Attendance Allowance - Medical Card Insurance - Yearly Increment 8% - 10% - Yearly Bonus based on performance
