Machine Setup and Calibration:

Setting up and calibrating plastic injection or blowing machines according to production requirements.
Ensuring proper alignment and adjustment of machine components.


Machine Operation:

Operating plastic injection or blowing machines to produce plastic components or containers.
Monitoring machine parameters, such as temperature, pressure, and cycle time.


Troubleshooting:

Identifying and resolving issues related to machine operation, such as equipment malfunctions or product defects.
Performing routine maintenance and repairs as needed.

Documentation:

Maintaining accurate records of production output, machine settings, and quality control checks.
Documenting any maintenance or troubleshooting activities.
