Job description

1. 根据需要直接指导和分派员工，确保提供优质产品或服务的各个方面。| Direct and assign employees as needed to ensure all aspects of quality product or service delivery.

2. 监督员工遵守操作标准，以及其他部门和公司的政策和实践。| Monitor employee compliance with operational standards, along with other department and company policies and practices.

3. 管理并根据需要调整人员水平、库存水平和生产成本控制。| Manage and make appropriate adjustments to staffing levels, inventory levels, and production cost control.

4. 确保按照生产计划准备材料。| Ensure material preparation according to the production plan.

5. 在工作场所发现任何材料损坏或异常时向上级报告。| Report to superior for any material damage or abnormal found at the workplace.

6. 履行上级分配的其他职责。| Any other duties as and when assigned by the superior.

7. 协助核实库存差异。| Assist in verifying stock discrepancies.

8. 协助主管管理、领导和指导外籍工人。| Assist supervisor to manage, lead and mentor foreigner worker.
