Job description
- Provides office and administrative support
- Processing and follow up on appointments.
- Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents.
- Answering customer questions about properly using or accessing a product or service
- Listening to customer complaints or concerns and working to resolve their issues
- Collect payment and provide cashier invoices
Requirements
> Proficient in Microsoft Windows OS and/or Standard Software (MS Office, MS-Outlook)
> Must be comfortable talking to people at all levels.
> Able to work 5. 5 days/week
