-Handling day-to-day tasks for the Purchasing and Sales department. -Responsible for ordering products and issue purchase orders to suppliers. -Keep accurate records of purchases made. -Monitoring stock and updating databases. -Handle goods throughout the purchasing process. -Work closely with relevant departments to ensure products purchased are in line with the needs of the company. -Perform data entry of sales order into the company database, maintaining proper sales record and follow up the shipment. -Answer incoming phone calls, respond to customers’ inquiries on Company products. -Maintain current awareness of market trends. -Provide clerical support and other necessary support to the Purchasing & Sales Department. -Perform ad-hoc tasks or duties assigned by superior and management.
-Candidate must possess at least SPM/"O" Level, Professional Certificate, Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Business -Studies/Administration, Finance/Marketing, or equivalent. -Computer literate, knowledge in Microsoft Office (Word & Excel) and able to using accounting software (UBS or SQL) to perform inventory entry and invoicing will be added advantage. -Good communication skill (oral and written). Well verse in English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin. Candidates good in mandarin preferred as the role requires candidates enter the data into the system. -Efficient in time management, good organization skills and ability to handle multiple tasks. -Able to work overtime (for special occurrence) -Able to start immediately or within short notice -Knowledge and experience in purchasing will be an added advantage **Please send in application together with resume to adchlin12@gmail.com
