Job description

1) Handle full set of Financial Accounts and cash flow monitoring.To perform bank reconciliation and do monthly closing on timely
2) Handle and manage SST monthly closing and declare SST quarterly on time. Handle Tax preparation.
3) To assist in updating,maintaining and filing all accounting Journals,Ledger and other records related to financial transations.
4) Handling petty cash for operation purposes, preparing entity monthly cash spot taking report.
5) Data entry and verification of relevant records ensure that the sales/purchase data are accurate.
6) To assist in preparing all documents for Audit,Complete Audit work and get Audit report on time.
7) Assist other ad-hoc duties and general affair job assigned by Headquarter Accountant.
                    

Requirements

1) Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree, Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.
2) At least 3 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
3) Required Skill(s):Knowledge in SQL Accounting System,Good communication.
4) Good command of Mandarin and English.
5) Able to work independently and responsible.
