- Responsible for basic administrative day-to-day work
- Answer and direct phone calls and emails.
- Maintain and update filing systems.
- Issue A/R invoice, delivery order and Statement
- Assist in preparing reports and documents.
- Monitor and manage customer accounts to ensure timely payments.
Required Skill(s)
- MS Excel, MS Office, good knowledge of accounting software.
- Good communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Responsibility and discipline
- Good attendance and proper time management.
