Production QC: Responsible to perform daily quality checking of raw materials, in-process product and finished goods To monitor instrument calibration Assist superior and report to superior if any non conformance product occurs Complete Quality Assuarance Report or any QC documentations. RnD: Do RnD on new product development Provide Sensory Evaluation on new product Prepare nutrition facts, product spec, food labeling, flowchart Ensure safe and hygiene conditions, equipment are maintained in RnD lab.
Candidate must possess at least Diploma or Bachelor Degree in Food Service, Food Technology, Food Science, Nutrition or equivalent. At least 12 weeks of internship training period Must familiar with HACCP, GMP and Food Handling. Self-discipline and independent Familiar with Microsoft Office Posses own transport
