• Identify potential clients and leads through research, networking, and cold-calling. • Propose sales plan for promotions to drive sales target. • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients. • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify areas for improvement. • Propose sales plan for promotions to drive sales target. • Developing the annual Sales & Marketing plan and ensuring the delivery in order. • Generate regular reports on sales performance, marketing activities, and other relevant metrics and submit to the manager. • Present findings and recommendations to the management team for strategic decision-making. • Meet monthly sales targets effectively. • Conduct market research to identify new opportunities, potential markets, and customer preferences. • Undertake any ad-hoc assignments as and when required
• Possess at least Diploma in Advertising, Sales and Marketing or equivalent qualification. • Min. 1-2 years working experience in related field • Good attitude and able to adapt to different new environment • Proficient in required MS Office softwares. • Fluent in English, Bahasa Malaysia or Mandarin (Preferred) • Good interpersonal skills. • Excellent time management skills. • Understanding of sales dynamics and processes. • Exceptional strategic prospecting skills. • Ability to meet and exceed sales quotas. • Exceptional customer service skills. • Ability to work under pressure and prioritize tasks. • Outstanding analytical and organizational skills. • Excellent problem solving and networking skills. • Strong work ethics.
