Job description

1) Oversee all activities at the designated site and ensure they align with organizational goals and standards.
2) Collaborate with various departments to ensure the site's resources, equipment, and materials are available and properly utilized.
3) Communicate site-related updates, changes, and requirements to designers and management at all times.
4) Address any concerns, issues, or inquiries that arise from various parties.
5) Identify potential challenges and proactively implement solutions to mitigate disruptions to site operations.
6) Knowledge in study drawings includes 2D detail drawings, 3D perspective images and layout, RCP & M&E layout.
7) Able to work in a team of designers and good in problem solving.

                    

Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in related field with 2-3 years of working experience
• Proven experience in site coordinate, management and related field.
• Good understanding of construction drawings, 2D, 3D perspective.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with diverse stakeholders.
• Leadership abilities to manage and motivate on-site staff effectively.
• Problem-solving skills to address challenges in a dynamic environment.
• Proficiency in using computer software and tools for communication, reporting, and data management.
• Familiarity with safety regulations and protocols.
• Able to travel with own transport. (allowance will be provided)
