Job description

• Creating technical drawings and plans include Layout, 2D Detail Drawing, M&E & RCP plans according to project specifications. Knowledge of 3D modelling & rendering of carpentry is an advantage. 
• Collaborate with team members to ensure accuracy and completeness of plans.
• Utilize CAD software to develop drawings and plans.
• Review and analyze specifications, sketches, drawings, and other project-related data to determine the necessary design details.
• Ensure that all drawings and plans meet industry standards and regulations.
• Communicate with contractors and other professionals in the construction industry to resolve any issues that arise during the building process.
• Continuously update and revise existing drawings and plans as necessary.
                    

Requirements

• Diploma/Bachelor's degree in related field.
• At least 2-3 years of experience in drafting or a related field.
• Proficient in CAD software, such as AutoCAD or Revit.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently.
• Knowledge of building codes and regulations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively under strict deadlines and pressure.
