★Position Overview:
Responsible for promoting and selling products or services to customers. They play a crucial role in generating revenue for the organization by identifying potential customers, building relationships, and closing sales deals.
★Key tasks and responsibilities:
★Customer Acquisition:
Identify and target potential customers through market research, networking, and cold-calling. Generate leads and convert them into sales opportunities.
★Sales Presentations:
Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to potential customers. Highlight the features and benefits of the products or services to persuade customers to make a purchase.
★Relationship Building:
Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers. Understand their needs, preferences, and buying behaviors to provide personalized solutions.
★Sales Negotiation:
Negotiate terms, prices, and agreements with customers to close sales deals. Address customer objections and concerns effectively to overcome any barriers to the sale.
★Sales Targets:
Meet or exceed sales targets and quotas set by the organization. Develop and implement sales strategies to maximize revenue and achieve sales objectives.
★Sales Forecasting and Reporting:
Track sales activities, prepare sales reports, and provide accurate sales forecasts to management. Analyze sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
★Market Research:
Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities. Identify new market opportunities and adapt sales strategies accordingly.
★Customer Service:
Provide excellent customer service before, during, and after the sales process. Address customer inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure customer satisfaction.
★Collaboration:
Collaborate with internal teams, such as marketing, product development, and customer support, to align sales efforts and support overall business objectives.
★Continuous Learning:
Stay updated on product knowledge, industry trends, and sales techniques. Attend sales training programs and workshops to enhance selling skills and stay competitive.
★Perform any other job that are assigned by Director from time to time.
★Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
Proven experience as a Sales Executive or in a similar sales role.
Strong knowledge of sales principles, techniques, and processes.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to build and maintain relationships with customers.
Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
Results-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Analytical and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in using CRM software and MS Office.
Self-motivated and driven to succeed in a competitive sales environment.
