• This role will be able to handle inquiries via all supported media channels both inbound and outbound services and required to represent the organization appropriately to all guests and partners. • To achieve sales target by Management. • Responsible for answering incoming calls, emails & chat transactions from customers on inquiries, complaints, problem solving and to provide quality service that exceeds the guest's expectation, coupled with real-time escalations. • Handle accurate documentation of interactions, maintain data accuracy in the relevant contact management system, and understand a variety of media sources that interface with the service centre. • To prepare quotation and presentation for customer, consultant, dealer and etc. • Maintains excellent relationships with clients through superior customer service • Creates and presents regular performance reports for Director. • Attends trade shows and travels to meet clients as needed.
• Candidate must possess at least SPM/O level, Professional Certificate, Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree in any field • Candidate must possess own transport. • Willing to travel locally and outstation (Allowance provided). • Good communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills are preferred. • Ability to multi-task and work under minimal supervision.
